The Colleague Experience Group (CEG, formerly Human Resources) Servicing team services all colleague programs & offerings globally. This includes Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Long term Incentives, Leave of Absence, Recruitment, Learning and Payroll Operations. It is a complex, fast paced environment which offers up new challenges to stretch your skills every day. This position is part of the CEG Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Vendor Management team.

The CEG M&A team provides strategic leadership and delivery of the colleague-related aspects of due diligence, integration and divestiture planning, and transaction execution, as well as structuring and implementation for JVs and other corporate transactions.

How will you make an impact on this role?

Reporting to the Director, CEG Merger & Acquisitions, the Manager, CEG Merger & Acquisitions role is primarily responsible for:

  • Partnering and working with the appropriate CEG team with delegates from various human resources related functions: compensation, benefits, employment law (internal and external) colleague labor relations, global mobility, payroll, and Colleague Strategic Partners from the business and appropriate geographies across the deal and integration/separation lifecycle.

  • Supporting HR due diligence and integration/separation activities on multiple concurrent acquisitions, divestitures and other transactions

  • Assist in developing project plans and tracking progress against plans and communicating updates to the CEG project team members

  • Identifying, tracking and monitoring risks and issues for all project

  • Representing CEG workstream on cross-functional deal teams and surfacing people-related issues and business impacts.

  • Participate in external HR M&A conferences and round table discussions and share learnings/best practices with the HR M&A team.

  • Supporting in draft key colleague communications throughout deal life cycle including memos, FAQ, trainings and interacting with acquired colleagues 1:1

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4 years of proven experience in Corporate HR or HR consulting

  • Strong experience in project management (including cross-functional teams and external advisors) 

  • Strong relationship skills and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and imperfect information and ambiguity 

  • Exemplary communication skills – strong storyteller with ability to adapt messaging based on the audience and ability to break down complex topics into understandable, concise messages.  

  • Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, dashboards, VLookups, etc.) 

  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Word 

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player 

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with Human Capital Management systems (Workday, Oracle, etc.)

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
