About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager who is eager to harness the power of data to generate meaningful insights and deliver value to the Internal Audit function. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative analytics solutions that enhance audit effectiveness and provide a deeper understanding of business operations.
About the Team:
Our Analytics and Insights team plays a critical role in supporting Internal Audit by developing data-driven solutions that provide deeper insights into business processes. We design and deliver analytics that enable auditors to move beyond surface-level reviews and gain a clearer, fact-based understanding of what is happening within the business. By combining technical expertise with business knowledge, the team helps uncover trends, identify risks, and highlight opportunities for improvement, ultimately strengthening the audit process and driving informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Understanding: Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s operations, processes, and risk areas to ensure data analysis aligns with Internal Audit objectives.
Data Extraction & Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to source, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to support audit testing and analysis.
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Apply analytical techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk indicators in business data.
Data Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to clearly present insights and findings to internal stakeholders.
Advanced Analytics: Leverage Python and other statistical/analytical tools to perform advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, automation, and anomaly detection.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with audit teams and business partners to translate business questions into data-driven solutions and communicate findings in a clear, actionable manner.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes through innovative use of data analytics and automation.
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SQL Expertise: Proven hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and validating SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Advanced Analytics: Practical experience using Python or R to perform advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, automation, and predictive techniques.
Data Visualization: Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other enterprise-grade data visualization tools.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques, relational databases, and programming languages within a Big Data environment.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Experience applying analytics in support of audit, risk management, or financial services is a plus.
Familiarity with the Agile development life cycle and ability to work effectively within iterative, collaborative project frameworks

Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
