Senior Analyst, Global Lounge Partnerships

Job Description
The Global Lounge Experiences team is part of Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) within the US Consumer & Global Premium Services organization and is responsible for delivering best-in-class airport and lounge experiences for our global customer base.
The Sr. Analyst sits within the Global Lounge Collection (GLC) Partnerships team and is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of key lounge partnerships (Priority Pass, Delta, Plaza Premium, Lufthansa, Swissport, P/S, CAVU). The Senior Analyst will support strategic initiatives, lead day to day benefit management and help unlock incremental value for both American Express and its partners through insights, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management of GLC lounge partnerships, ensuring consistent delivery of Card Member benefits and seamless partner experience; serve as a point of contact for lounge partners while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders (US/ICS/GNS Card Product, GBI, CEN) to drive alignment and timely communication.
Own partner reporting and remittance processes, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities that enhance value exchange and support mutual growth across GLC partnerships; proactively drive improvements to the end-to-end Card Member lounge experience.
Oversee the development and ongoing management of Terms & Conditions and lounge access policies, partnering cross-functionally with Card Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure clarity, compliance, and optimal customer and partner experience.
Collaborate with Global Lounge Benefit Marketing to deliver and maintain digital lounge content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with GLC brand positioning.
Act as a key liaison with Compliance and Control Management, owning end-to-end control execution and issue resolution while supporting third-party lifecycle management initiatives to strengthen the control environment.
Support the Senior Manager on strategic initiatives, including contract renewals, new partnership development, and enhancements to the lounge value proposition.
Qualifications
2-3 years professional experience
Strong ability to analyze and present information to drive business results
Upbeat self-starter and quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment with the ability to deliver innovative ideas
Positive relationship builder and fantastic collaborator with a “can do” attitude
Stellar organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Clear and confident communicator with strong influencing skills to successfully partner across many teams
Experience in relationship management preferred
