The fraud landscape is dynamic, and the modus operandi are always evolving, with fraudsters becoming ever more sophisticated and leveraging new technology for committing fraud. At the same time, the advent of Agentic AI and Agentic commerce is driving exciting innovations in the payments space but also creating new attack vectors for fraudsters. Addressing these trends will require rapid and effective decision making, strong collaboration with internal and external partners and a strong external focus to stay plugged in to innovations, new form factors and of course adaptations by fraudsters.

The Agentic Commerce Fraud Risk team is looking for an energetic and high-performing Senior Manager to drive implementations and capability deliveries. This exciting and critical position will be responsible for managing a complex delivery roadmap of agentic commerce projects, coordinating with partners to ensure smooth and organized delivery. The role works very closely with Fraud Risk colleagues around the globe and with enterprise partners including Global Servicing, Labs, Enterprise Digital, Technology, and ensure we are doing it the right way

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand key digital payment product constructs, the associated data (digital & traditional), the relevant risk vectors, and the strengths & limitations of existing capabilities and controls

  • Develop, enhance, and monitor capabilities and controls that support industry leading fraud rates as well as best in class customer experience for agentic product launches and product enhancements

  • Partner across multiple stakeholders to align on business requirements and provide clarifications to product & technology team on feature solutions.

  • Facilitate meetings, coordinate change management activities, prepare documentation, and ensure project deliverables are met

  • Conduct adhoc data analysis as needed and share insights with leadership, partners, and stakeholders in a simple, clear, and compelling way

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong understanding of the credit card and digital payments ecosystem

  • Ability to influence and drive alignments across multiple business stakeholders, without direct authority

  • Strong project management and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment

  • Ability to write crisp, concise, accurate business requirements

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced area of the business

  • Demonstrated thought leadership abilities and will to win

  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently with complex, unstructured initiatives

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

  • Basic experience with data processing tools such as SQL, Hive or Python

  • Comfortable with Agile methods, mindset, tools, and processes

  • Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field (such as: Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research, Engineering)

  • 3 years or more professional experience in financial services

Qualifications

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
