We are in the midst of one of the largest and most complex SAP transformation projects, a multi-year initiative to upgrade our current ECC platform to SAP S/4HANA. Identifying potential risks, assessing impact, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions will be key to success. Regular reporting, status updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, steering committees, and key stakeholders will be required. This role also ensures compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

An in-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related technologies is necessary, along with proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid, and experience using tools like JIRA.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for multi-million-dollar projects.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities, are critical.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience with SAP cloud solutions such as SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud, as well as digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with data migration strategies, system integrations, and SAP business process reengineering is a plus.
A strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and security standards within an enterprise environment is preferred.
Proficiency in change management and business process transformation to ensure seamless adoption of new SAP systems is also valuable.
