How will you make an impact in this role?
The Consumer New Product Development team is responsible for leading large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, benefits, and capabilities from ideation to market launch. This role will have high visibility and broad exposure to many critical areas of the US Consumer business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, benefits, and capabilities from ideation to market launch
Digital product owner for products and processes which span the card product portfolio
Critical participant in concept development, feasibility assessment, and end-to-end customer experience design
Understand business objectives and customer needs and identify creative ways to leverage capabilities and develop new solutions to meet those needs
Lead Consumer-wide strategic initiatives to drive business results, improve customer experiences, reduce operational risk and increase agility in product development
Partner with technology and platform teams on modernization and migration efforts to enhance customer experiences with a focus on flawless delivery of the customer promise
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Self-starter with track record of excelling in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously driving multiple initiatives
Track record of leading and developing talent, passionate about people leadership
Demonstrated ability to drive implementation of multiple, complex, high priority initiatives simultaneously
Comfort with technology, product lifecycle and scaled agile delivery
Skilled at understanding business and customer needs and translating into tech requirements
Keen understanding of the regulatory environment; desire to build controlled processes and mitigate risk

Ability to understand and clearly communicate the details of complex processes and regulatory requirements
Excellent understanding of lending and card business drivers; ability to interpret financial information to identify opportunities and develop business strategies
Excellent relationship with Tech, Platform and Product teams, ability to influence and partner for mutually beneficial solutions
Qualifications
Salary Range: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
