The Global Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT) team within GCS is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives. The Manager position within SPT offers you the opportunity to be part of this dynamic organization and help GCS navigate towards growth.
This position reports to the director SPT, US SME Business Blueprint, focused on supporting the three sub-teams within Business Blueprint. This role will work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Incentive Governance to provide strategic analyses, insights, sales performance, and thought leadership to support the Business Blueprint organization across multiple locations. The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally to lead special projects, daily run the business efforts, and strategic efforts from conception to rollout ensuring balance between business growth and colleague experience. This role is also responsible for defining success metrics, ensuring key performance indicators are reportable to track real-time business impact.
Responsibilities
Have a deep analytical mind and work with agility, being able to change course quickly to innovative ways to finding solutions
Special revenue growth initiatives: Partner with collaborators to define and launch strategic growth initiatives, pro-actively providing updates
Champion data driven decision making and actively collaborate with business partners to navigate change and respond quickly
Deliver insightful analyses to support decision making at all levels and highlight specific trends
Define annual goals and incentive changes, along with developing and launching a clear communication
Build positive relationships with key collaborators, including but not limited to Business Blueprint leadership, Marketing, Incentive Governance, and Enterprise Digital & Analytics
Qualifications
Strategic, big-picture thinker with strong intuition for business and high degree of creativity in finding opportunities for products, services, new processes, and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support SPT Director's and Business in reviews and special projects.
Active knowledge of SQL/Hive, Excel, Tableau, Python, and PowerPoint
Ability to work with unstructured data
Strong project management skills with consistent record of successfully getting results on large-scale cross-functional initiatives
Ability to prioritize and get results, delivering through a team in addition to as an individual
Resourceful self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage in structured thinking in order derive relevant, data-driven insights
Ability to adopt a business mentality and link business strategies to specific initiatives
Relationship-builder with strong consultative and relationship skills to partner with business leaders to devise solutions to complex business challenges
Excellent communicator and understands the audience
Be an agent of change, ability to initiate and adopt change. Provides solutions to address changes in the organization, strategic alignment, and technology implementation. Incorporate risk mitigation into planning and execution
5-7 + years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree
