Apple's WW Channel Sales Programs (CSP) organization is dedicated to delivering an exceptional Apple customer experience wherever consumers shop for Apple products around the world. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSP team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at worldwide and regional levels. We are seeking a Readiness Program Manager to support the deployment of digital sales enablement solutions to improve customer experience across our world-wide network of resellers. The candidate should have a passion for Apple and must be comfortable leading and communicating in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Being detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative are a must for this position.?
Description
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
-Strategic Readiness Planning: Identify, define and drive comprehensive Channel Sales strategy for end-to-end program launches, ensuring alignment with Apple policies and customer experience goals.
-Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and influence across distributed stakeholder groups including in-geo support teams, CSO Product, Shared Services, Training and Communications to ensure cohesive readiness planning and execution.
-Operational Execution: Coordinate and lead readiness efforts for key launch moments, defining roles, managing escalations and ensuring real-time issue resolution.
-Process Standardization and Improvement: Develop, implement and continuously refine standardized readiness processes across all regions, leveraging KPI and data analysis to measure success and drive data-driven improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
-Communication: Simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholder groups or create necessary communication plans and artifacts, training inputs and readiness documentation. Clearly communicate launch readiness status, risk, and opportunities. Deliver vital program readiness material with geo stakeholders and partners.
-Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships both inside and outside of the organization, with a focus on in-geo partnership, to effectively influence outcomes and companion an exception launch.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of experience leading complex projects, programs or initiatives within a retail or customer support environment, preferably with launch readiness or a fast paced tech environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to interpret data (such as customer feedback) and translate into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Mastery in stakeholder engagement and communications across various levels of leadership and partner teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Bachelor’s Degree required
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in a geo highly preferred
Direct program management experience focused on solutions that leverage AI/ML technology
Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools
Proven ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity and gain consensus from stakeholders in sensitive situations
Show ability to operation effectively at global scale, collaborating with international partners across different time zones and cultures
Obsessive focus on delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences
Proactive, results-oriented team player with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively against bold timelines and lead multiple initiatives concurrently
Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
