Description
As a Training Project Manager, you will support the AppleCare customer experience goals, develop cross regional relationships with global training teams and have opportunities to assess and drive project and organizational change processes. You will work closely with other TPM’s globally, including TPM Managers, and Training Delivery Managers, Instructors and other training professionals.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in instructional design/technology, education, educational technology, or similar field of study
2+ years of instructional design or training facilitation experience involving adult learning audiences
1+ years of experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering multiple large-scale projects for a global audience
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in instructional design/technology, education, educational technology, or similar field of study
Project-management certification (e.g. Six Sigma, PMP) and experience with project management methodologies
Fluency with instructional systems design models and methodologies, authoring tools, and learning management systems integration
Experience with developing and launching web-based training
Able to distill complex initiatives down to actionable tasks, ensuring projects align with the business vision and strategy
Ability to anticipate and adjust for problems, risks, and roadblocks.
