SourceAbled is seeking Transaction Specialists to transcribe confidential information from scanned images of paper documents. The Transaction Specialist combines documents into transactions and processes them through a series of workflow functions. Transaction Specialists maintain the highest level of accuracy and focus on process effectiveness to meet efficiency standards.  

This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Job responsibilities

• Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors
• Correcting inaccuracies and validating output
• Keeping information confidential

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred
• Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document
• Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy
• Alphanumeric data entry skills
• Meet deadlines and flexibility to support peak volumes
• Follow outlined processes and procedures accurately
• Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group

Schedule Options - 

AM1 - Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm $18/hr

AM2 - Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm $18/hr

AM3 - Mon, Tues, Thurs 7am-3:30pm, Wed 7am-5:30pm, Fri 7am-1:30pm $18/hr

AM4 - Mon Off, Tues - Fri 7am-5:30pm $18/hr
