As a Community Investment Grants Specialist within the Environment, Policy, and Social Initiatives organization, you will work with a globally dispersed cross-functional team to lead administration coordination on a variety of Corporate Donation programs. This position ensures a smooth workflow, creates reports, organizes, maintains and updates data, proactively manages schedules and routinely communicates with a wide array of individuals while supporting the work of our mission and vision.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, forward-thinking business acumen and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential to the success of this role.
Description
- Ensure programmatic commitments, procedures, financial standards, and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance
- Manage inboxes and support requests
- Provide support across various internal donation programs and initiatives, including data tracking, analysis/reporting, communications, internal partnerships, and external/vendor partnerships
- Assist with preparing proposals for granting corporate funding and/or technology
- Internal communications in support of department signature programs
- External stakeholder engagement including researching options for corporate donations and collecting grant reports for review and analysis
- Read, analyze, and interpret data in order to creatively assemble concise reports for key stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Collaborate with team members to identify, develop or update processes and improve business practices
- Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project management office and senior-leadership teams
- Manage change and implement new ideas effectively within the Apple culture
- Conduct post-project reviews and provide analytical results to management
- Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships across the organization
- Special event support (as needed)

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
At least 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in high-tech project management
Experience working in Social Impact, CSR, and non-profit engagement with an emphasis on grant management
Ability to plan, communicate, handle, and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales
Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high level of attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and self managing
Flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented
Strong written and communication skills
Fluent using Apple technology tools (e.g. Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Excel, pivot tables)
Demonstrated ability to think ahead and take action to ensure success
Willingness to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new challenges
Has a track record of continuous improvement and enjoys developing new skills and learning new technologies
