Along with a strong analytical attitude, this role will require partnering, with both business teams and with our internal finance teams.
Description
This position is part of the Spend, Compensation and Benefits Finance team, reporting into the Benefits Finance Manager. Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst include but not limited to: - Planning, forecasting, consolidation, analysis and reporting of worldwide cost center expenses - Maintain and develop financial forecasting tools and cost center hierarchies - Analyze and maintain benefit analysis and fringe rate by country; Management of international fringe rate across all jurisdictions outside the U.S. - Engineer complex analytical modeling for ad-hoc analysis - Approval of PR’s to ensure correct application of project codes and GL coding, and compliance with Indirect Procurement requirements - Management of accruals for monthly and quarterly Close, ensuring adherence to SOX requirements for substantiation of accruals.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant Finance work experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting related field
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Excel skills, experience with enterprise software systems (SAP) preferred
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and highly organized
The ability to work to deadlines and on multiple tasks simultaneously
The successful candidate encourages change, is curious to discover new approaches recurring issues, tackles problem solving with a positive attitude and tenacity to complete difficult tasks

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
