Description
As a member of a diverse team, you will design and develop validation test systems while creating and maintaining automation scripts as part of a broad cross functional effort to bring emerging health technologies to market.
Responsibilities:
Design, prototype, and refine hardware test fixtures to support functional, environmental, and lifecycle testing
Integrate sensors, data acquisition hardware, and embedded interfaces into test setups
Define/design/develop/maintain test automation tools and frameworks
Support the transition of test systems from R&D to in system validation, ensuring robustness and repeatability
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field
Proficient in Python
3+ years of experience in test development, quality engineering, or hardware validation
Experience with hardware prototyping tools (e.g., soldering, 3D printing, basic machining, PCB bring-up).
Experience in developing robust, maintainable, extensible, and scalable automation solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in programming languages Swift, or C++ Meticulous attention to detail and skilled at balancing multiple projects in parallel without impacting the quality of deliverables
Experience designing and working with electronic circuits, and troubleshooting electronic signals for mechatronic applications
Previous Medical, Clinical, Biomedical Engineering and/or Health industry experience
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
