Description

As a member of a diverse team, you will design and develop validation test systems while creating and maintaining automation scripts as part of a broad cross functional effort to bring emerging health technologies to market.

Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and refine hardware test fixtures to support functional, environmental, and lifecycle testing

• Integrate sensors, data acquisition hardware, and embedded interfaces into test setups

• Define/design/develop/maintain test automation tools and frameworks

• Support the transition of test systems from R&D to in system validation, ensuring robustness and repeatability

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field

• Proficient in Python

• 3+ years of experience in test development, quality engineering, or hardware validation

• Experience with hardware prototyping tools (e.g., soldering, 3D printing, basic machining, PCB bring-up).

• Experience in developing robust, maintainable, extensible, and scalable automation solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Proficiency in programming languages Swift, or C++ Meticulous attention to detail and skilled at balancing multiple projects in parallel without impacting the quality of deliverables

• Experience designing and working with electronic circuits, and troubleshooting electronic signals for mechatronic applications

• Previous Medical, Clinical, Biomedical Engineering and/or Health industry experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
