With a strong emphasis on data integrity, technical rigor, and cross-platform consistency, the Measurement and Attribution Solutions team partners across marketing, product, technology, and analytics to ensure we have a reliable, future-ready view of performance. We focus on solutions that support attribution logic, enable decision-grade reporting, and adapt to emerging platforms and privacy standards. As Sr. Mgr. Digital Product Mgt. in Measurement & Attribution Solutions you will be redefining digital marketing product effectiveness through innovation, automation, and efficiency. Backed by an Enterprise wide commitment to win in an AI-enabled world amidst an evolving acquisition landscape, this exciting role requires a motivated individual with vision and passion to define and unlock new measurement capabilities. You will join and lead amidst a specialized team of product solution architects and strategists, partnering with Marketing, Analytics, and Finance leaders who own and define the business demand, while collaborating with Product Enablement teams responsible for the day-to-day agile delivery, feature build, and system continuity.
Responsibilities
Strategic Solutioning & Architecture
Future-State Design: You take a leading role in the definition of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You empower architects, Product Managers and technology engineers to design the future of M&A logic and secure the future of data capture and identity resolution.
Methodology Architect: You oversee the enablement of new measurement and attribution methodologies (e.g., multi-touch, incrementality, influence and AI-driven attribution), translating high-level business strategies into robust capabilities which power digital marketing use cases.
Innovation & Discovery: You act as a visionary, leading "Product Discovery" across acquisition and non-acquisition domain opportunities and design AI experimentation and search data exchange solutions.
Stakeholder Consultancy & Partnership
Business Alignment: You act as a strategic consultant to Marketing, Finance, and Analytics stakeholders, translating their complex business needs and "queries" into technical solution designs.
Operations Synergy: You ensure your team provides clear blueprints and strategic roadmap to the M&A Product Enablement team, empowering them to execute the "sprint planning," "user story creation," and "testing plans" required for delivery excellence.
Financial & Performance Rigor: You guide your team to align measurement solutions with financial goals, designing logic that supports "Investment Optimization" and "ROI lift from new models" to satisfy Finance, Analytics and Marketing leadership.
Data Strategy & Governance
Data Integrity: You and your team hold personal accountability for the design of high-quality, auditable data flows, ensuring your proposed solutions meets "Control and Compliance" needs before they enter the build phase.
Advancing Capabilities: You scope and prioritize enhancements for "M&A Data Ingestion" and "Identity Resolution," ensuring the architecture supports both current and future tracking needs.

Exceptional communicator: You translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans for senior leadership, bridging the gap between business demand and engineering reality, communicating relative to business outcomes and Stakeholder KPIs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, analytics, or digital transformation, with a proven track record of enabling business growth through data-driven performance initiatives.
Subject Matter Expertise: Expertise in enterprise measurement, attribution, product ownership and or business dependent use cases (Acquisition data flows, application experience data, real-time data collection), and the external publisher ecosystems (Google, Meta, Adobe, Salesforce).
Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to work with technology engineering teams to drive capability roadmaps and planning.
Methodology: Experience with corporate technology and process methodologies for optimization and delivery. (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), InfoSec, etc.)
Regulatory Knowledge: Experience managing compliance with global data regulations (GDPR, GCO, CCPA) or participation in regulatory audits.
Business Outcome focus: Ability to recognize signals and or gaps as the effect to a business Stakeholder's use case or KPI. Listen in product capability language and speak in business outcomes language.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of building and leading dynamic and high performing teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Advanced Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (10+ years in a quantitative or technical field; continuous learning in Leadership or Data Science preferred).
Coaching & Mentorship: Demonstrable experience co-creating a coaching and development culture, with a strong focus on mentoring and guiding continuous team learning.
Industry Specifics: Experience with banking or financial services, attribution logic and complex customer journeys.
Cross LOB Influence experience in global payments strategy, cross-border compliance, and large-scale transformation programs.
AI fluent: Modeling, LLM, SLM, influence measurement.
