Weekly Hours: 40
Role Number: 200659784-0836
Summary
Do you thrive on bringing order to complexity and empowering others to do their best work? Are you someone who leads with empathy, builds trust across teams, and finds satisfaction in being the steady, organized force behind a high-performing group? If so, this role is for you.
As an Administrative Assistant Supervisor within Apple Services Engineering (ASE), you will lead a team of Administrative Assistants supporting the App Store organization — spanning Apps, Music, and Podcasts. You'll serve as a key partner to the Head of App Store, while overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness of your admin team across multiple sites. This is a highly collaborative, people-first leadership role that blends executive support, team management, and operational excellence in one of Apple's most dynamic and globally impactful organizations.

If you're a proactive, solutions-oriented leader who operates with the highest levels of integrity and discretion, we'd love to meet you.
