DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Project Analyst to join our Team specializing in project and data management for our Strategic DC Business segment.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serves as a support resource on projects and work assignments by providing administrative and logistics support for the Project Team and Project Manager while developing basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.

  • Provide administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines by maintaining project notes, databases and other records while monitoring and communicating project status to project team.

  • Provide analytical support by assisting in identifying, tracking, researching and working with others to resolve project issues while developing skills to do this independently. Assists with managing project risk; developing how to use quality tools to identify areas of risk.

  • Responsible for drafting and maintaining standard operation procedures for strategic DC (Data Centers) business.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Projects including delivery of training by creating BI Dashboards, video and audio trainings via SharePoint or Web based portals.

  • Actively participate in ways to improve the area and processes while promoting and implementing best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skill obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in Power BI, Tableau, R and Python tools and knowledge of Advanced Statistics and Data Analysis required.

  • Ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, take ownership and drive a project/task effectively and efficiently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Expert – level Microsoft Excel required.

  • Effective communication skills needed to convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Able to work from anywhere in the continental U.S (Pacific Time Zone preferred) during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • College or equivalent Degree preferred.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
