How will you make an impact in this role?
The OnBrand team will engage an Operations and Business Affairs liaison who will be responsible for optimizing production partnerships to execute creative work - achieving contracting and process efficiencies, maximizing asset utilization and maintaining American Express’ contract compliance. These responsibilities will be achieved through close partnership with numerous GABM teams, GCO, Global Supply Management, and industry partners throughout the company. This role is also responsible for developing the tools and processes to manage partnership negotiations, document related materials and maintain historical records to preserve the integrity of AXP’s partnership.
Acting as project owner in partnership renegotiations/renewals, including helping to set the renegotiation strategy.
Cultivating and managing constructive, productive relationships across internal GABM teams as well as GCO, GSM, and Partners.
Maintain and highlight critical dates, requirements, and actions to support successful negotiations across our partners.
Development and effective management of processes to ensure seamless execution of contracts across necessary teams.
Lead the overall financial valuation of our partnerships.
Utilizing technology solutions for the OnBrand team contracts and corresponding assets and documents
Minimum Qualifications
5 years’ experience in a related field is required
Exceptional leadership skills
Proven ability to manage and prioritize critical deliverables and concurrent deadlines across internal and external teams
Strong Interpersonal/influence management skills, and experience working across business units, functions, and executive levels
Strong business acumen, financial and analytical skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in ambiguous environments, and a self-starter
Demonstrated success in highly collaborative roles is critical
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
