Our team is focused on deeply understanding how users interact with Apple products and ensuring that every experience is intuitive, trustworthy, and satisfying. We work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and design teams to inform the next generation of Siri by leveraging rich human-centered insights.

Description

As an AIML Measurement Experience Researcher, you will design and lead methodologies to evaluate Siri’s performance from a human-centric lens. You will play a critical role in shaping how we measure, improve, and communicate the assistant’s user experience across accuracy, usability, trust, and satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Data Science, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in user research, behavioral data analysis, or experience evaluation for intelligent systems

  • Strong knowledge of experimental design and data interpretation

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Data Science, or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
