Description
Oversee full design process from establishing requirements, defining features, and developing deliverables rooted in user-centered design and feasibility
Distill complex design and interaction concepts, present, and debate them with designers, engineers, and leadership
Iterate on intuitive experience concepts through rapid prototyping
Deliver high-quality design solutions under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders and user feedback
Document interaction details and design specifications for implementation
Requires problem solving, attention to detail, and adaptability to rapid change
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of related work experience with a Bachelors degree
Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles and a strategic vision for crafting innovative design solutions
Mastery of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and similar design tools
Ability to develop and validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes
Comfortable with working independently and collaborating with cross-functional partners in design, software, hardware
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Expertise in handling simultaneous complex projects while maintaining high quality design standards—excels in time management
Commitment to designing inclusive and accessible products
High level of curiosity for technology amplified by your design craft
Link to portfolio that demonstrates your hands-on expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of prototyping in interaction tools and/or code desired
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $57.84 and $87.12/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
