Summary

Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple’s retail stores, workplaces, and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.

The Global NSO Programs team is involved with identifying, leading and implementing the processes and solutions as they relate to retail store programs, rollouts, and other fleet-wide initiatives. As a collaborative hub, the team translates business partner requests into comprehensive roadmaps that ensure flawless in-store execution.
We are seeking a collaborative professional with program / project management experience, to join our team as a Global NSO program manager. This candidate will play a critical part in implementing strategies, bringing teams together and creating processes that enable each program to come to life.

Description

As an Global NSO program manager, you will be able to work independently, and as part of a larger cross-functional team, while demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact and influence all levels in the organization. In this position you will drive multiple programs, and roll out global initiatives to our fleet in support of our retail stores.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • 7 years of project/program management experience

  • Significant experience supporting a large, geographically diverse global portfolio of high-value or high-complexity projects or program

  • Understand complex technical operations environments; maneuvers comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamics

  • Self motivated with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Looks towards the broadest possible view of an issue and is able to provide a varied perspective on a variety of subjects

  • Ability to seamlessly drive decisions through consensus and to inspire change

  • Adaptable and open working style with ability to establish trust and credibility quickly with both field and corporate partners

  • Experienced in balancing multiple priorities, business partners and work streams across various geographies and business groups

  • Strong project/program management skills including establishing strategy, goals, execution and reporting
