How will you make an impact in this role?
The Global Commercial Services (GCS) Product Planning & Portfolio Management team is responsible for ensuring timely and proper technology allocation to deliver our top GCS Product priorities and goals. We do so by managing an iterative and transparent planning model, centralized to support across GCS Product.
The team enables the GCS Product to be successful in navigating the Enterprise Tech Planning Process and drives alignment on a consolidated GCS Product Roadmap. To support these efforts, the team partners with numerous stakeholders across product, technology and planning teams to build new products for our customers. We also work closely with Leadership Teams to support strategic decision making for the business.
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager of GCS Product Planning & Portfolio Management will be responsible for supporting several critical remits of the team. Primary responsibilities will include:
Support portfolio management by working with numerous stakeholders to identify priority tech demands based on strategic objectives
Manage intake method for new technology demand, both through annual & iterative planning processes, consulting with colleagues to assess their requests and escalate through leadership forums for prioritization/tradeoffs where needed. Help create and maintain GCS Product backlog throughout the year
Serve as a subject matter expert on navigating the process to ensure key initiatives get prioritized for tech build and progress with all impacted teams
Create regular status reporting for Executive Leadership to reflect progress against the GCS Product Roadmap.
Facilitate roadmap deep-dive sessions as needed to support leadership decision-making
Lead efforts to improve collaboration and communication between teams, supporting the evolution of our engagement model for partnering with technology teams
Maintain relationships with counterparts across business units to increase knowledge sharing and encourage the adoption of best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative “can-do” attitude, an appetite to learn and raise their hand for new opportunities, and a passion for working across teams to drive projects forward. Most importantly, they will possess the following qualifications:
Comfort with technology and experience with the product development lifecycle.
Ability to understand business and customer needs and translate into high-level tech scope/requirements
Working style that is resourceful and adaptable to changing needs in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to drive process initiatives across the team
Strong project management skills. High attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization, capable of influencing and building internal alignment across lines of business and support groups
Manage effectively through ambiguity and evolving strategies while maintaining customer focus
Communicate complex topics clearly across multiple stakeholders, including GCSInvestment Planning, Technologies, Product, Marketing, Servicing, and other enterprise partners
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Digital product development experience

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
