Summary

Apple is where individual imaginations gather together, committing to the values that lead to great work. Every new product we build, service we create, or Apple Store experience we deliver is the result of us making each other’s ideas stronger. That happens because every one of us shares a belief that we can make something wonderful and share it with the world, changing lives for the better. It’s the diversity of our people and their thinking that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do. When we bring everybody in, we can do the best work of our lives. Here, you’ll do more than join something — you’ll add something.

Description

The visionOS Software Engineering Program is looking for people with a passion for detail and track record of shipping complex projects. This is a hands on role where you are embedded in engineering teams, helping them execute effectively to deliver quality features on time, and driving projects through the SW development lifecycle from conception through shipping. You should demonstrate high integrity, curiosity, proactivity, tenacity, and feel comfortable in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment. Skills for collaborating, communicating up, digging into the details, prioritizing and rock tumbling to influence partners and stakeholders are key. If you relish challenge and are excited by working with a great team on amazing new technology, then we want to hear from you - please apply!

  • Possess an analytical mindset and deep attention to detail, especially in predicting and mitigating potential future challenges

  • Strong collaborator, able to understand others perspectives, look for common ground, and drive consensus

  • Comfortable holding teams accountable to commitments, as well as managing prioritization and escalations in ways that enhance relationships vs detracting from them
