AC Wellness Network LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. and is an exclusive management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley and digitally, across the US. Our mission is to deliver the world’s best healthcare experiences for Apple employees and their families.
The MSO is looking for a Billing Ops Analyst to support the medical claims lifecycle, and drive compliance in accordance with coding and billing guidelines.
Description
The Billing Ops Analyst is very detail-oriented, organized and highly-collaborative, has exceptional follow-through, is able to spot trends and patterns across large data sets, and is proactive and thoughtful in tackling and resolving issues. Responsibilities include:
• Reviewing details of submissions to ensure accuracy
• Performing root cause analysis for denials or holds
• Working cross-functionally with partner-vendors and internal teams to enhance efficiencies and automation
• Responding timely to clinic and patient inquiries
• Supporting special projects
This is a site-based role.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of medical billing experience
Deep understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding and billing processes
Excellent customer service skills, ability to problem solve, and communicate collaboratively across cross-functional teams
Highly accurate, with close attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to improve processes
Robust organizational skills, experience managing high-volume and adapting to shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Coding certification AAPC/AHIMA, or in progress
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,500 and $166,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
