The Apple Card team is seeking an analytically-driven and independent Business Manager to drive and support the evolution of Apple Card.
Description
n this role, you will help chart the future direction of Apple Card by identifying and investigating new opportunities, projecting future results, and ensuring the business can execute against its long-term strategy.
You will partner directly with product, marketing, business development, data science, strategy and finance teams, working cross-functionally to deliver results, as well as working with external partners such as issuing banks, payment networks, merchants and other players to help deliver on our product strategy and roadmap.
You should have experience and subject matter expertise in financial modeling, payments, banking, credit, risk operations, data science, and finance. Previous experience working in the credit card industry at an issuer, network or co-brand partner is required. Experience with a variety of financial products is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience with a proven track record of success in roles focused on financial modeling, business analysis, finance, and data analysis
Deep understanding of product valuation modeling and marginal decisioning
Experience developing business cases around market opportunities and partnerships — including strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis
Experience forecasting P&Ls for credit cards
Ability to collaborate with different teams, create presentation materials and present to senior leaders to guide business decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong experience with Keynote — ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics to senior leaders and partners
Preferred Qualifications
15 years of experience or more with a proven track record of success in roles focused on financial modeling, business analysis, finance, and data analysis
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, management, entrepreneurship or a related quantitative field
Experience with a variety of financial products
