Description

Join our newly-formed Fleet Health team, dedicated to ensuring infrastructure excellence across Apple. Our mission is to build a healthy, stable, and compliant environment that empowers our internal teams. We achieve this by innovating at every stage of the infrastructure lifecycle.

As a Front-end Engineer on our team, you will design and build the user-facing solutions that make our mission possible. You'll create intuitive chatbots, insightful dashboards, and elegant tools that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for our partners. This is a role for someone who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex challenges.

You will collaborate with a wide range of teams, including Fleet Operations Engineering, Datacenter Operations, and Infrastructure Services. Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience as a web front-end or full-stack engineer.

• Experience with modern front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks)

• Experience defining and integrating with Web Service APIs

• Experience in Test Driven Development

• Excellent visual story teller at the end user and executive level

• Expert in creating effective presentations and communication materials

• Ability to work on a highly collaborative cross-functional team

• BA in Computer Science or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Skilled in time and task management

• Proficiency in Swift, with a strong understanding of its memory management, protocol-oriented design, and concurrency models

• Proficiency in cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP , Azure) for deploying scalable AIML systems.

• Knowledge of back-end frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) to support interactive and responsive AIML applications

• Experience with machine learning integration, particularly LLMs

• Skilled in AI prompting and image generation

• Strong proficiency with UI performance optimization techniques

• Highly skilled with Keynote templates, formatting, transitions, and animation
