The US Channel Store Operations (CSO) team is responsible for delivering an exceptional Apple customer experience wherever consumers shop for Apple products in-store. The CSO team is seeking a Program Manager to support the deployment of in-store physical and digital merchandising solutions to improve the customer experience across US Resellers. The candidate should have a passion for Apple and must be comfortable leading and communicating in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Being detail-oriented, proactive, and communicative are a must for this position.?

Description

In this role, you will:

  • Deploy in-store merchandising solutions to improve customer experience and drive sales.
  • Develop and implement communication strategy for field business partners working with Reseller HQ teams and store staff.
  • Build and maintain strong customer, field, and cross-functional relationships. Work alongside with the team, Shared Services/vendor support teams, and regional counterparts.
  • Participate in UAT of new software systems. Design local test and use cases as needed.
  • Demonstrate existing reporting tools and build targeted ad hoc reports for specific partners or programs.
  • Provide feedback and issue documentation for technical and operational troubleshooting under tight deployment timelines.
  • Address support tickets, resolve Tier 2/3 issues and develop plans to resolve quickly with cross-functional partners.
  • Act as primary point of contact for any emerging issues. Escalate and supervise issues as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing in-store fixture deployments and digital technology programs within retail or reseller environments.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects across departments/functions, including pilots, experimentation, and iterative improvement cycles.

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and store staff, alongside strong verbal and written communication with ability to develop and deliver compelling keynote presentations for leadership.

  • Deep familiarity and proficiency with Apple hardware, software (macOS, iOS, iPadOS), and services (Apple Music, iCloud, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university is preferred.

  • Proficient with macOS, iOS, iPadOS.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
