How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Manager will be responsible for supporting both the Banking Product Team and Deposit Oversight & Governance Team by providing data and analytics support for a wide range of operational needs. This includes control monitoring, audits, regulatory exams, incident management, and other essential governance initiatives. The role is a key partner in ensuring operational rigor, risk management, and compliance while also driving data-driven improvements across Consumer Banking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics support for control monitoring, audits, exams, incident management, and other governance needs.

  • Act as a project manager to coordinate and deliver key oversight and governance initiatives.

  • Automate and streamline control monitoring processes.

  • Identify and implement improvements to analytics oversight processes.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior banking leadership in a clear and compelling way.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of relevant analytics experience, with exposure to risk management, controls, or governance functions.

  • Proven ability to ensure accuracy when working with large, complex datasets, including developing robust data validation processes.

  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory exams, or incident management processes.

  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and business acumen.

  • Self-starter with high energy, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Skilled in translating analysis into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services oversight, compliance, or governance-related analytics.

  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills, with ability to influence across teams.

  • Excellent communication skills, including written presentations and executive-level storytelling.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
