Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Design and implement optimum data structures in the appropriate data management systems like Snowflake, Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, and other Big Data technologies. Build robust data pipelines and models while ensuring process, cleanse, and verification for the data integrity is used for analysis. Perform complex data analysis with large volumes of data in Python, R, and Spark using experience with building reports and data visualizations with BOBJ, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Dremio. Build internal platforms to improve the accessibility of data, technologies, and computational resources to support machine learning and advanced analytics while working closely with enablement teams. Extract and process data using Python and Spark, develop complex SQL, and call restful Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) while collaborating with data scientists and business analysts to build new metrics and analysis tools. Drive data, artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML), and infrastructure solutions. Identify problem areas by suggesting and delivering scalable solutions. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $187,741.00 - $272,100.00/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Using SQL for developing semantics required for building analytics and reporting solutions.
Using PL/SQL to create aggregates and denormalized objects.
Using scripting language, Python, to move data between different layers of Cloud-based data hubs and enterprise data marts.
Developing reusable modules with coding standards, for effective reusability of those modules across multiple solutions.
Developing ETL solutions which would adhere to data security and standards of the company in order to maintain Enterprise Data security
Using Tableau for data visualizations and reporting
Using Business Objects for detailed excel based reporting
Using SQL & Python programming for data profiling & data analysis
