Job Description:

Responsible for product management and their supporting features, benefits, and service offerings on multiple channels. Develops product roadmaps and identifying synergies with other company products. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.  

Responsibilities 

  • Manage Rewards and Promotions, including execution, training, fulfillment, and servicing
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance process controls and reporting
  • Monitors product performance and profitability. Identifies opportunities to implement product improvements.
  • Manages product roadmaps, including expanding product suites, delivering new features and functionality, and optimizing service delivery channels.
  • Develops and delivers product features that enhance the online customer experience in a cost effective and efficient manne
  • Supports compliance requirements for copy approval and creative storage
  • Manages marketing campaigns, including planning, targeting, creative development, testing and deployment, program reporting, and analyses
  • Partners with the business and agencies to execute programs, including creative development, customer targeting, copy approval, budget management, and analyzing results
  •  Identifies opportunities to leverage the company brand in both the cross-sell and broad market customer segments. 

Minimum Qualifications 

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing

Preferred Qualifications 

If we had our say, we’d also look for: 

  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Process mapping experience/analytical skill set
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Internal Movement Requirements:

  • Overall rating on most recent performance evaluation is a “Meets Expectations” or above.
  • May not be on a corrective action plan or performance improvement plan.
  • One year in current job (6 months for field volume employees)

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $74,000.00 to $124,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
