We are looking for an experienced and outcome-driven Quality Engineer to ensure that we deliver the best-in-class camera solution for iOS products! Are you passionate about testing frameworks and software for the number one Camera in the world? If so, you will work closely with the software development team to build and implement test plans focused on qualifying camera software to ensure we ship a quality product. The ideal candidate will have a history of working on successful, large-volume consumer products. Description

In this role, you will:
Independently drive and own testing of one or more camera features across platforms,
design test cases and implement test plans related to functionality, performance, stability, and image quality of our camera software,
partner with development teams and multi-functional QA teams to triage, diagnose, debug issues, and derive root-cause Identify trends and highlight potential risks

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of QA experience

• Understanding of the camera technologies, Hands-on experience with Photography and Video

• Proven record in developing system and feature-level test plans and test cases

• Familiarity and experience with command-line operation of operating systems such as macOS or Unix/Linux

Preferred Qualifications

• BS or a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong verbal and excellent interpersonal skills

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,900 and $234,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
