The Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting the execution of cross-functional partner initiatives and operational workflows across the Partner Success organization. This role is responsible for building and executing events within the product for marketing activations, streamlining internal workflows, and supporting team efficiency to help the broader Partner Success team operate at scale and drive better outcomes for our partners.
As a liaison between Partner Success, Marketing, Product, Card Benefits and Support teams, you’ll streamline internal communications and ensure teams are aligned and ready to deliver high-impact partner experiences. You’ll bring structure to complex initiatives, solve operational challenges, and build scalable processes that support the team’s continued growth.
This role is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, detailed-oriented, proactive, and excited to work cross-functionally to deliver operational excellence. From building events within the product to supporting internal readiness and communications, you will play a critical role in helping the Partner Success organization scale its impact across the Global Dining organization.
Responsibilities
Campaign and Event Operations
Own end-to-end coordination and execution of event build-outs and launches tied to marketing campaigns.
Support coordination of hosted events, including internal planning and external logistics.
Curate and maintain marketing lists for restaurants based on defined partner segments and campaign criteria.
Build repeatable SOPs and checklists to support marketing operations and partner planning processes.
Workflow & Process Management
Manage and help maintain the collective intake form process, ensuring complete and accurate submissions before routing to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Own and optimize intake workflows to increase team efficiency and consistency.
Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and cross-functional alignment to better support our partners.
Partner with manager to build and execute processes that allow the teams to work faster (e.g., create a first-pass Leadership Team market brief for Servicing teams to finalize).
Collaborate with managers and internal teams to ensure processes are scalable, well-documented, and aligned to organizational goals.
Cross-functional Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between the Partner Success, Marketing, Product, Card, and Support teams to streamline information sharing and ensure seamless execution of activations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Support) to ensure timely and accurate information sharing, proactively communicate and meet deadlines, identify potential roadblocks, and recommend solutions with the support of your manager.
Support internal communications around intake tracking, campaign logistics, and event execution.
Manage internal documentation to ensure partners are fulfilling commitments per the contract.
Partner with Product Services and/or Support to flag and escalate technical or execution issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in operations, relationship management, product support, marketing support, project coordination, or a similar organizational role.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools; comfortable navigating and synthesizing CRM data.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with shifting timelines and inputs.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize large amounts of information into actionable outputs.
Strong communicator and collaborator across teams with varying priorities.
A proactive, solutions-first mindset and a passion for improving processes.
Experience in events, marketing ops, or hospitality is a plus
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
