Apple’s Competition and Regulatory group is looking for a qualified individual to join the team. This group provides critical support worldwide for all Apple products and businesses and involves collaboration across cross-functional team both inside and outside of Legal. Some travel is anticipated.

Description

  • Advise the company on a variety of complex competition and regulatory law issues (e.g., EU Digital Markets Act)

  • Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters across the globe

  • Provide competition law and regulatory compliance counseling to clients at all levels of management and across all Apple business groups

  • Partner with our Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of legal experience working on competition and/or regulatory legal issues

  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to clearly prioritize and advise through excellent written and verbal communications

  • Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions

  • Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment

  • Government competition law experience a plus

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $199,700 and $299,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
