Description

We are seeking a highly technical and collaborative Hardware Systems Engineer to lead product readiness, technical validation, and vendor enablement for our next-generation server and storage platforms. This role acts as the primary technical interface between our internal engineering teams and ODM/OEM partners, ensuring hardware designs meet our performance, reliability, and quality requirements from concept through mass production. You will work across electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, thermal, firmware/BIOS, manufacturing, and quality teams—driving issue resolution, implementing validation plans, and enabling detailed integration of vendor-built systems into our product portfolio. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, procurement, manufacturing, operations and other engineering groups to transform innovative ideas into tangible realities.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hardware engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a role focused on product development and technical project leadership.

• Experience driving projects through EVT/DVT/PVT phases in collaboration with global ODM/OEM vendors and Contract Manufacturers.

• Proven track record of successfully bringing complex hardware products or major sub-systems from initial concept to manufacturing.

• Deep technical understanding of Industry Standard data center Server and Storage solutions.

• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle (PDLC) phases, including design, prototyping, validation, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and NPI (New Product Introduction).
