Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the One Identity team, focused on designing intuitive, secure, and scalable authentication and account management experiences.

In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end design of key user journeys such as login, account recovery (e.g., forgot password/username), and navigation across identity-related flows. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and design system teams to create cohesive and accessible user experiences.

This role requires a strong foundation in UX principles, visual design, and interaction design, along with a proactive mindset to continuously improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered experiences for authentication and identity flows (e.g., login, account recovery, profile/navigation)

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma

  • Contribute to and leverage the enterprise design system, including creating and refining components and patterns

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions

  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all user experiences

  • Conduct design reviews and iterate based on feedback and data insights

  • Produce and maintain visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and UI components

  • Perform audits of existing experiences and recommend improvements

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience

  • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving approach

  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design

  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

  • Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience designing for responsive web applications

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive design principles
