The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Digital Demand Generation team, within USCM, is responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing through Affiliate, Paid Media and Paid Search to drive intent & conversion of qualified applicants in the competitive digital landscape.
The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in the operations for all of Affiliate Marketing – one of the largest channels in offsite digital.
This individual will lead the end-to-end compliance program across Card and Non-Card Affiliate programs, and is a great opportunity for a candidate who wants to be at the forefront of a highly visible and complex channel, working cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Control Management, Legal, Compliance, Privacy as well as our external 3rd party agencies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, tenacious, with great attention to detail and demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate.
Responsibilities:
Manage and champion compliance and legal channel strategy in an evolving complex landscape, while educating internal partners on channel operations
Own end-to-end compliance processes and collaborating closely with stakeholders, including Affiliates, internal legal teams and agency partners
Lead control monitoring, including proactive identification of high-risk areas, and manage various recurring compliance-driven processes including Affiliate Program Terms, Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ownership of any loss event or Control Action Plans across the full Affiliate channel
Partner with our 3rd party agency to coordinate business development opportunities for future Affiliates looking to join the program, and onboarding of all new Affiliate partners
Provide ad hoc assistance with Affiliate projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated industry
Highly collaborative, outstanding communicator, and comfort in a cross-functional environment, with ability to develop strong relationships both internally & externally
Self-starter with the ability to navigate the organization and processes independently
Strategic and creative problem solver with intellectual curiosity, passion for challenging the status quo to proactively find opportunities, and ability to anticipate challenges while providing solutions
Project management experience with meticulous attention to detail
Works well under pressure, solution-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated, with the ability to balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines
Team player with a willingness to support teammates and projects beyond immediate job remit and a positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude
Experience with control management, operations and/or compliance a plus
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
