Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate and B2B Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.
As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to continuing to be at the forefront of our customer needs. The Corporate Program Product Management organization was created earlier this year to consolidate all core corporate payment products under one leadership structure (including corporate card, central billing solutions (BTA), virtual cards, expense management solutions and more) and spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities solidifying our leadership position.
The Sr Analyst , Expense Management Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement will help lead the definition and execution of a multi-phase, cross-functional integration journey to bring our Expense Management vision to life. They will work closely with other members of the Corporate Product team and collaborate with key partners across Tech, GCS Sales and Account Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Control Management, and various 2 nd line functions. This role will report to the Director, Expense Management Go-to-Market Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct data-driven analyses to uncover insights, evaluate business performance, and answer strategic questions across product and GTM functional pillars
Define and track the key metrics to measure success of expense management capabilities across spend growth, retention, and acquisition
Translate high-level ambiguous business questions into structured analytical plans with clear outcomes
Build clear, insightful visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively to senior leaders
Partner across product and key GTM stakeholders to define the vision and strategy for the Expense Management solution within the broader Corporate and Small Business card value proposition
Find ways to grow our expense management user base, both with prospects and our existing customers
Minimum Qualifications
Strong analytical rigor, critical thinking abilities and continuous improvement mindset
Proven ability to prepare decision support materials and uncover meaningful business insights
Ability to operate in whitespace while being able to translate into actionable plans
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Intermediate user in Excel and comfortable with data analysis and pivot tables
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
A data driven strategic thinker with the ability to bring structure to complex problems
Operational pragmatism and ability to forge relationships across the organization to drive forward progress

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
