How will you make an impact in this role?

This Senior Manager will be responsible for product management of existing Plan It and Lending Expansion partnerships. This critical position will directly manage the relationship with the external partners as well as own the internal end-to-end product management of these distinct products. This externally facing role requires an operationally sound manager who thrives in a multi-faceted environment.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize existing Plan It product integrations at external partner sites for Delta Air Lines and Amex Travel

  • Manage the decline referral partnership with Credit One BankStrengthen operational programing and control management

  • Deliver timely product reporting and insights for internal and external parties and maintain a pipeline of go-forward partnership opportunity analytics to understand trends and opportunity areas

  • Determine UX and product roadmaps to drive higher adoption in partner channels

  • Represent partnership products in relation to wider Plan It and Lending Expansion initiatives

Qualifications

  • Understand the importance and demands of partner management

  • Ability to influence and build alignment across lines of business and support groups

  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize complex project priorities

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of total experience.

  • Operational experience managing third-parties is a plus

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
