Description

As a Triage Engineer, you’ll be the first line of defense for incoming bugs. You’ll dive into logs, identify patterns, and escalate critical issues across cross-functional teams. Through this process, you’ll develop encyclopedic knowledge of our AI systems and frameworks — Spanning from server side architecture to on-device components. Information Intelligence team manages Search, a framework that powers millions of experiences daily. This roles requires someone who thrives on solving puzzles, has a genuine curiosity about how AI systems works and can synthesize complex issues into clear and actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with great attention to details.

• Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in debugging, analyzing system logs, or crash reports

• Experience with machine learning systems, AI technologies, or voice assistants.

• Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple platforms and developer tools.

• Familiarity with python and shell scripting
