Description
As a Triage Engineer, you’ll be the first line of defense for incoming bugs. You’ll dive into logs, identify patterns, and escalate critical issues across cross-functional teams. Through this process, you’ll develop encyclopedic knowledge of our AI systems and frameworks — Spanning from server side architecture to on-device components. Information Intelligence team manages Search, a framework that powers millions of experiences daily. This roles requires someone who thrives on solving puzzles, has a genuine curiosity about how AI systems works and can synthesize complex issues into clear and actionable insights.
Minimum Qualifications
Excellent written, verbal communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with great attention to details.
Bachelors in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in debugging, analyzing system logs, or crash reports
Experience with machine learning systems, AI technologies, or voice assistants.
Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple platforms and developer tools.
Familiarity with python and shell scripting
