We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our Marcom LA team. In this role you will collaborate with a group of strategists, brand managers, project managers, producers, as well as cross-functional and external partners to create and craft integrated campaigns for services, such as Apple TV and Apple Sports.

Description

In this role, you will lead creative efforts and campaigns for Apple TV and Apple Sports and any product or feature launches associated with the brands, such as Apple TV’s MLS Season Pass. You will ideate, collaborate, and write for conceptual development and creative execution. With a commitment to excellence, you craft, review, and empower campaigns for the Apple TV and Apple Sports brands and products. You will present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives, and articulate concepts with energy and enthusiasm. You will collaborate with the ACD/Art Director to concept ideas and co-direct teams to produce quality creative. You will work across subject areas to integrate strategies and messaging for brand campaigns, digital performance efforts, social, owned channels, and new mediums of communication. You will work with project managers and creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate, realistic and that deadlines are met. You will also guide creatives to do their best work and to support each other's strengths.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 9+ years experience writing and concepting, creative directing and producing major marketing, communication, or advertising campaigns.

  • Experience in developing integrated campaigns, earned media efforts, and social-first thinking.

  • Bachelors degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, Copywriting or equivalent industry experience.

  • Must provide a creative portfolio or work samples with an emphasis in copywriting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have made highly crafted work for integrated campaigns in mediums including film advertising, social media, OOH activations, photography, design, and performance marketing.

  • Passionate about exceptional writing and creative that is thoughtful, relevant, and at times, provocative.

  • Live and breathe sports and culture, and bring that knowledge to the forefront of your thinking.

  • Knows the impact of global trends of sports and sports culture.

  • High attention to detail and an obsession with the details.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
