Description
In this role, you will apply that same spirit of innovation to our most valuable asset: our people. You will be the expert voice on how we use data to understand and improve our talent ecosystem. By designing groundbreaking research programs and delivering powerful insights, you will directly influence how Apple manages performance, develops employees, and plans for the future, presenting your findings to senior leaders and executives across the company!
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR/People analytics, with at least 2 years specializing in the assessment of talent management, performance, or organizational health (e.g., tenure, time in level, promotions, span of control).
Proven ability to design, develop, and drive research programs from end-to-end.
Experience leading strategy to define research methodology, and aligning partners and stakeholders on the approach, deliverables, and likely timelines.
Outstanding communication, data visualization, and storytelling skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
Hands-on experience producing analysis and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Excel, Dataiku, etc.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with SQL & Python
Familiarity with advanced analytic techniques such as regression, predictive modeling, or organizational network analysis.
Experience defining product requirements for and launching analytics products such as dashboards or web applications.
A combination of in-house corporate and external consulting experience.
Experience working in a global role or within a large, matrixed organization.
