Thyme Out LLC manufactures and sells unique all natural skin care products worldwide. Our workers simply bottle, label, and package the products for sale.  To allow workers to literally determine their own pay, we pay by the unit produced rather than by the time at the office.  We scale the pay so that a typical person merely bottlng and labeling, etc the products can make at least $15 an hour for any of our products.  By simply getting better at it through practice they quickly can make over $20 an hour after a couple weeks.  Combined with simply pledging an agreed schedule with my manager this allows the worker to effectively determine their own pay and time which is a rare bonus most jobs cannot offer.  Your time is yours so if we are a good fit for your needs and ours, this may be the perfect job for you.
