Apple is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Analyst to join the Stock Plan Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all aspects of the company’s equity compensation plans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to embrace change, provide innovative perspectives, and consistently seek new and improved methods to achieve results. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while completing a diverse range of complex, non-standardized tasks.

Show proficiency in data review and analysis, particularly with Excel
Have the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Demonstrated consistent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Administer all aspects of the company’s equity compensation plans, including ESPP and RSUs, ensuring compliance with plan terms, internal processes, and international/US tax withholding/reporting requirements.
Maintain database integrity and accuracy of employee data in Apple’s Equity Edge Online system.
Provide excellent customer service for inquiries on E*TRADE account information, RSU grants/vesting, ESPP, and general stock-related questions.
Generate recurring reports and respond to ad hoc data requests from business partners.
Maintain desk procedures/department calendar and ensure consistency.
Advocate for process improvement.
Handle other projects as directed by the Stock Plan Administration Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in stock administration, compensation, or brokerage industry at a multinational, publicly traded company.
Experience with equity compensation issues, including RSUs and ESPP, and their domestic and foreign tax implications.
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in Equity Edge Online and E*TRADE Stock Plans platform.
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1; or completion of Level 1 within one year of hire date.
Proactive approach to learning new technologies and industry trends.
