Description

Bunzl is looking for an experienced Senior Coordinator to play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by leading all syndication operations to our key retail partners, e-commerce platforms and our company internal catalogs and fact sheets. This role will ensure accurate, consistent, and timely distribution of product information and assets to support marketing, sales, and customer experience initiatives.

This is a hybrid role, based out of any of Bunzl's office locations across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Use GDSN data standards, you will syndicate item data to key trading partners using the company's data pool, ensuring product data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with GS1 standards.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize data required for successful syndication. This will require working with Marketing, Ecommerce, and peers within the Master Data and PIM teams.

  • Oversee the organization and accessibility of digital assets, including product images and packaging designs. Ensure the digital asset library is well-maintained for product images and e-Commerce content.

  • Optimize syndication strategies that extends our product presence across various online sales channels. Leverage knowledge on syndication platforms such as Salsify, Nielsen Brandbank, BazaarVoice, and Syndigo to optimize data distribution.

  • Ensure compliance with data syndication agreements, including retailer-specific requirements. Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrections as needed.

  • Own the syndication process from intake to completion, interfacing with both internal and external clients needing data syndication, including Sales, National Accounts, Marketing, customers, and vendors.

  • Create and maintain reports to track syndication performance, including data, asset and content accuracy, timeliness, and impact on sales and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience

  • Prior hands-on experience working within a Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM), or Digital Asset Management (DAM) system is required. (For example,1WorldSync, Syndigo, Pimcore, inRiver, Salsify, Informatica)

  • Subject matter expert in GS1 Standards (GS1 certified preferred)

  • Prior experience working with Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Ecommerce teams is a plus

  • Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Successful driving execution in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, Outlook)

  • Strong data analysis skills, using Excel and/or PowerBI

Salary Range: $70K-95K base determined by experience, education and market data in the geographic location.
