Apple's Hardware Technology Engineering Program Management team is looking for an inventive, high-energy Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) who will be responsible for handling key areas of Hardware Technology programs with exposure to large multi-functional teams. The Hardware Technology environment is dynamic and constantly evolving; flexibility is a requirement. The ability to prioritize and react quickly is needed. A successful EPS is a confident organizer who can simplify sophisticated environments through efficient coordination of tools and methods. Responsibilities include running and improving the critical processes that enable detailed execution of our silicon delivery applied in Apple's pioneering products.

Description

• Finances/Ops: Connect to suppliers and obtain RFQs. Track PRs/POs and Invoices - providing monthly expense/cost summary. Assist to get PRs approved and POs released to vendors.

• Allocations for HW Builds: Maintain demand & distribution trackers. Coordinate with Silicon EPS / Productization EPM / RFHW EPM on module availabilities. Support end-to-end material procurement. Work with EEs on solutions for long lead-time parts. Track material deliveries to builds and maintain material inventory.

• Board Builds: Coordinate with PCB vendors and assembly contractors for Clear-To-Build timeline and board delivery schedule. Request SMT/Assembly and track/support build matrix. Arrange for HW reworks with local vendors.

• Shipping/Receiving: Maintain requestor shipping addresses. Carry out board distribution via shipping carriers. Support HW material, board local pickups & returns.

• Tool/Flow Automation: Scripting/programming knowledge for automating manual data entry tasks and processing data via different application tools. Data analysis, process improvements and report generation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven Inventory Management experience.

• Scripting & programming experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in a relevant and similar field.

• Proven experience in organizing storage room, managing shipments & deliveries, and accounting stocks & shortages.

• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.

• Familiar with spreadsheet and chart-creation tools (Excel, Numbers, Tableau, …).

• Dedicated to being detailed and accurate.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a multi-functional team.

• Thrive for expanding knowledge of data analysis and learning new inventory management software.

• Real passion for getting things done diligently and quickly.

• Creative and open to collaboration and new ideas.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $48.65 and $81.15/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
