Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal role shaping and executing our global Talent Development strategy. You will act as a trusted partner and advisor to leadership and People Business Partners, immersing yourself in the business to understand its unique teams, culture, and challenges. By championing the perspectives of the AMR region, you will ensure our solutions are not just global, but also deeply relevant and impactful on the ground.

Your expertise in instructional design and design thinking will be critical as you create and launch innovative frameworks that enable managers to lead effectively and inspire individuals to own their career journeys. Your strong program management and dynamic facilitation skills will be essential as you deliver these powerful learning solutions to diverse audiences across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years + working in a learning and development, human resources or team designing and delivering people-centric solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in organizational learning, instructional design, organizational psychology, coaching or program management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of talent development and instructional design frameworks, skill-building strategies, leadership theories, and emerging trends in the future of work and L&D.

  • End-to-end ability to design, deliver and evaluate thoughtful, engaging and impactful content and solutions that address people and business needs.

  • Proven program management experience, with the ability to breakdown strategic initiatives into detailed action plans and guide others to successfully deliver these plans in their own regions.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize data and make strategic recommendations that solve real business problems.

  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) who can build cross-functional partnerships and influence outcomes across the organization at all leadership levels. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills are essential.

  • A self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Who can navigate ambiguity and juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once.

  • Experience with some of the following: Learning Management Systems (LMS), data management systems, program management or e-learning content creation tools.

  • Ability to use AI for personal productivity and for business impact is essential. Proficiency in visual design, digital transformation strategies or change management principles is a plus.

  • Experience with data management and analysis, including Excel and data visualization and BI tools like Tableau.
