Description
The Retail EHS Lead will partner with Development (new store construction), Preservation, Facilities, HR/ER and Store Leadership to develop and implement EHS policies, procedures and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
5-10+ years of EHS experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant EHS discipline
Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation methodologies
Experience in developing, maintaining and implementing written EHS programs and processes, tools, and materials
Ability to travel throughout the market, including overnights as required
Work and respond to business critical needs including nights and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
EHS experience in Retail
Highly self motivated and self leading
A people-oriented leadership style that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
A proactive, outspoken, sense of urgency to problem solving
Ability to handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously
In depth knowledge of one or more of the following: ergonomics, industrial hygiene, life safety systems, emergency response, physical safety, construction safety, accessibility support, Project Management.
