The Enterprise CRM Solutions team was created in 2024 as part of the company’s Framework for Winning. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency. The Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Solutions (ECRMS) team creates solutions for the Sales and Customer Domain via respective platforms by harnessing the power of Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to offer powerful selling and re-selling engines to acquire new clients and expand existing client relationships for Sales, Account Development, and Marketers across the Enterprise.

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. You will be expected to drive outcomes through strong execution discipline, agile expertise, technical fluency, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Drive end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

  • Manage day-to-day delivery operations across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Agile Practices & Frameworks

  • Lead and champion agile methodologies including Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

  • Facilitate and support PI Planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies across agile release trains.

  • Coach teams on agile best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards.

Stakeholder & Communication Management.

  • Act as a key liaison between Product, Engineering, Business stakeholders, and other dependent teams.

  • Drive communication cadence, ensuring timely and effective updates to all levels of stakeholders including executive reporting.

Risk, Issues & Dependency Management

  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues across multiple workstreams.

  • Manage cross-team and cross-platform dependencies to avoid blockers and ensure alignment.

Technical and System Integration Understanding

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand and translate technical requirements into actionable plans.

  • Support integration efforts with a strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and scalable enterprise systems.

Sales Domain Expertise

  • Bring domain expertise in Sales systems and platforms, contributing to roadmap discussions and platform evolution.

  • Understand upstream and downstream system interactions within the sales ecosystem.

Capacity and Resource Planning

  • Drive capacity planning aligned with forecasted demand and delivery timelines.

  • Collaborate with leaders and teams to ensure resource alignment and manage workload balancing.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Establish and maintain delivery metrics, OKRs, and dashboards to track progress, quality, and velocity.

  • Generate ad-hoc reports and executive summaries as needed to support data-driven decisions.

Planning & Milestone Tracking

  • Drive project planning, milestone creation, and roadmap alignment across multiple teams and domains.

  • Track and manage milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability across all deliverables.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, QA, and Engineering leads to ensure end-to-end alignment and execution.

  • Ensure consistency in delivery approach across teams, functions, and time zones.

Ad-Hoc Initiatives

  • Lead or support additional tasks and initiatives as assigned, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to dynamic business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification required.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in delivery/project/program management roles within enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally), reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and planning software.

  • Technical background with demonstrated understanding of APIs, systems integration, and scalable platforms.

  • Deep understanding of Sales domain applications and processes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a strong bias for execution.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
