Job Description:
What You’ll Do
· Responsible for conducting analysis and evaluation of business data to identify solutions to moderate complex business problems. Ensures operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization.
· Works with business partners to implement new and enhance existing processes that measurably improve the customer experience. Actively manages and escalates risk and customerimpacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Area of focus for this role:
- Improving digital and phone application and customer onboarding process
- Focus on problem management with goals to reduce overall inventory, resolving customer impact, and continuous improvement of our processes leveraging root cause analysis
- Procedure and control maintenance and execution
How You’ll Do It
- Serve as the subject matter expert for service functions, such as payments, statements processing, rewards, and other service activities.
- Work with HQ and Field teams to implement new programs.
- Monitor success of implemented programs and suggest improvements.
- Point of contact for process and procedure changes and complaint remediation.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Create and monitor progress, controls, and/or productivity reports.
- Perform all functional validation/business checkouts for system implementation.
- Participate in operational readiness activities for migration to new servicing platform.
- Work to develop and plan training events; ensure updates for new or changed processes are fitted into New Hire Training.
- Provide updates to senior management, including status reports.
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Services, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Financial Services Operations·
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or Financial Services Operations
Bonus Points If You Have
- 2+ years of experience in applicable line of business (Credit Cards, Deposits, Personal Loans, Student Loans, Home Loans and/or Payments), or related field·
- Overall rating on most recent performance evaluation is a “Meets Expectations” or above.·
- May not be on a corrective action plan or performance improvement plan.·
- One year in current job (6 months for field volume employees)
Compensation:
- The base pay for this position generally ranges between $63,500.00 to $107,100.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
- Factors, such as but not limited to,geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
