How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager lead the product strategy for @ Work's communications experience, defining new features, shaping the customer journey towards a more personalized and engaging user experience. Your focus will be to ensure that the product meets our business goals and provides an optimal customer experience, while owning the long-term strategy, roadmap development, end-to-end product delivery, providing thoughtful design feedback, and building metrics to measure success.
This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role, working in close partnership with key partners in Engineering, Marketing, UX, as well as GCS Product Management & Product Development teams.
Balance customer needs and stakeholder input to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the backlog for timely and impactful market delivery
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product management, and product development teams to design, develop, and launch new features, delivering seamless, best-in-class communications experiences
Partner on discovery with business subject matter experts and UX designers to grow revenue, improve customer experience, and differentiate our product
Define and manage product strategy and development/release timelines, navigate complex dependencies, and clearly communicate impacts and updates to partners
Build and actively lead a product backlog of features and capabilities that are groomed and prioritized in close collaboration with the business and development teams
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts in communications experiences to inform continuous product evolution
Leverage customer feedback, industry insights, and data analytics to continuously optimize the product and refine backlog priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in digital product management, with a track record of delivering high-impact solutions
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to engage, influence, and align partners to drive execution
Good balance of technical knowledge and business insights, working with engineers and designers on large, complex production systems in an agile environment and possesses an ability to clearly describe tradeoffs with users and engineers
Intellectually curious with a systems-thinking mindset; able to connect dots across functions and uncover innovation opportunities within complex environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and limited resources
Strong customer empathy and a passion for building exceptional products and services; skilled at clearly articulating user needs and product functionality
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and inspire cross-functional teams
“Driver” personality, constantly pushing toward transparency and delivery while balancing the need for collaboration
Proven ability to track and successfully complete complex programs/projects on time, while keeping all partner groups informed and satisfied
Strong experience with agile (scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and software development methodologies
Experience with data and analytics to drive decision making and product improvement
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including concise verbal and written executive-level communications
Master's or MBA degree
Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
