Description

The Small Business Marketing organization is focused on driving high-quality growth across our full suite of Small Business products. As customer expectations and digital behaviors continue to evolve, and as Gen AI reshapes paid media and audience strategies, we are building new capabilities that allow us to accelerate demand generation across channels.

We are seeking a Vice President, Digital Demand Generation to lead our newly created Digital Demand Generation Center of Excellence (COE). This leader will own strategy, execution, and performance across Paid Media, Paid Search, and Affiliate, and will advance the next generation of capabilities that fuel efficient acquisition growth.

This role requires a proven performance marketing leader with deep channel expertise, strong operational discipline, and the ability to advance modern marketing capabilities in partnership with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Analytics, Product, Technology, and dozens of external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Demand Generation COE, setting strategy and performance goals across Paid Media, Paid Search, and Affiliate channels

  • Drive performance marketing plans that deliver high-quality demand for the full suite of Small Business products

  • Manage and develop a team of directors and channel experts, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous learning

  • Oversee audience strategy across paid channels, ensuring segmentation, targeting, and creative treatments meet customer needs and drive improved efficiency

  • Develop the long-term roadmap for Gen AI-enabled and data-driven marketing capabilities, including automation, audience design, and optimization

  • Partner closely with the Prospect Direct Channels team and the Customer Growth team to align investment, measurement, and end-to-end acquisition strategy

  • Establish a robust test-and-learn agenda that advances our measurement approach and improves funnel performance across channels

  • Evaluate emerging platforms, tools, and partnerships to enhance channel performance and strengthen our competitive position

  • Provide senior-level guidance on paid media strategy, investment decisions, and pacing throughout the year

Minimum Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing in a complex, multi-product or platform environment

  • Demonstrated expertise in Paid Media, Search, and Affiliate channels, including performance measurement and optimization best practices

  • Strong leadership experience building and developing high-performing teams

  • Experience driving adoption of modern marketing capabilities (AI/ML, automation, audience platforms, advanced measurement, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a highly matrixed organization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries

  • Prior leadership of centralized performance-marketing or media organizations

  • Familiarity with enterprise marketing technology stacks and cross-channel orchestration

Qualifications

Salary Range: $176,750.00 to $282,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
